  This place was horrific. There was no technique to speak of and did the exact opposite of what was asked. They were rude, nasty and agressive after being told they had not done what i had asked them to do. Please please do not go to these people. I ended up at another more experienced salon and they right away told me, that I had made a grave mistake in going to these people. They have no experience and do not understand the term customer serivce. I should have read the reviews first. Do not make my mistake please.

  You get what you pay for in life, so when the hair dresser told me that they were the cheapest hairdresser in the area, I should have left. Foolishly I didn't and suffered the consequences. The person who served me was the senior hairdresser in the place (I won't mentioned her name as I don't thing the poor service was just her fault but systemic in the business) and almost did the exact opposite of what I requested. Whist waiting I started to look at everyone else in the place and no one person, hairdresser or client had nice hair. So if you do think about going to the place, may I suggest you hang around outside for a while and checkout their results - I wish I had !!!
